Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service and drive CLUB membership growth. You will guide guests through CLUB benefits, answer questions, and process applications while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will also participate in CLUB operations, demonstrate products, track inventory, and support peers to uphold excellent customer experiences across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Execute CLUB operations, compliance programs, and member activations.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable on promotions.
• Maintain CLUB inventory accuracy and keep the CLUB Booth clean.
