Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Oregon is seeking a CLUB Membership Manager to lead the CLUB credit program and customer experience across the store. This salaried role supports the leadership team during Manager on Duty shifts and drives CLUB initiatives with Outfitters and partners.

You will coach leaders, recruit great talent, and ensure CLUB programs and promotions are executed consistently with strong customer focus and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Years of experience: 2 to 4+ years Sales, Management, or Leadership Experience

Responsibilities

• Drive CLUB Customer Service Experience and promote CLUB benefits
• Lead and train store leadership and outfitters on CLUBs programs
• Recruit, coach, and develop talent to strengthen CLUB culture
• Analyze CLUB metrics and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate onboarding and CLUB 101 training for new Outfitters
• Ensure compliance with CLUB operations and inventory processes
• Oversee and support store leadership during Manager on Duty shifts
• Foster collaboration with General Manager and other leaders
