Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service and promote CLUB membership benefits. You will act as a product expert for CLUB and handle account servicing, activations, and sales while ensuring regulatory compliance and a top-tier customer experience.

Roles include processing applications, serving as a CLUB advocate, and supporting various CLUB processes across the store. High school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Motivated and capable of working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB membership options.
• Execute CLUB operations, including account servicing and processing applications.
• Provide CLUB member experience with payments, questions, and activation.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth organized.
• Deliver daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support store-wide CLUB programs and peer coaching as needed.
