Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service while guiding guests to CLUB membership benefits and activation. The role involves presenting exclusive experiences to new and existing members, supporting CLUB processes, and maintaining accurate inventory at the CLUB Booth.

Responsibilities include processing payments, answering account questions, coaching peers, and providing a complete CLUB Member experience across all store areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with applications and activation.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and communicate promotions.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and cleanliness.
• Provide full CLUB Member experience including payments and account queries.
