Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class service, educate guests about CLUB membership, and act as the product expert for CLUB processes including member acquisition, activation, sales, and compliance.

The role emphasizes welcoming customers, performing payments, handling applications, coaching peers, and supporting store operations to deliver a complete CLUB Member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Customer service environment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Demonstrate CLUB products and explain benefits.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and process applications.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and organize the CLUB Booth.
• Provide daily feedback and reports.
• Assist in CLUB operations and compliance programs.
