Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Miami to deliver world-class service and promote CLUB Membership. You will be the product expert, assist with account servicing, and help guests activate or upgrade memberships.

The role emphasizes processing applications, handling payments, coaching peers, and maintaining accurate CLUB inventory while staying compliant with programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership.
• Explain benefits of becoming a CLUB Member to guests.
• Assist with processing CLUB applications and payments.
• Provide CLUB member experience across service processes.
• Maintain CLUB Booth organization and inventory accuracy.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely manner.
• Support other store areas as needed.
