Bass Pro Shops seeks a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class guest service and promote CLUB Membership. You will become the product expert, handle member activation, CLUB sales, and account servicing while coaching peers and ensuring compliance.

The role supports CLUB operations, processes payments, answers questions, and processes applications to deliver a complete CLUB Member experience. Part-time schedule with benefits listed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to new processes.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB Membership.
• Execute CLUB operations and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• Help meet store metric goals for self and store.
• Keep CLUB Booth inventory accurate and organized.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and process applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide peer coaching and support as a CLUB advocate.
• Provide service to all areas of the store as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
