Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote CLUB memberships at the Front of Store. You will be the product expert for CLUB offerings and support account servicing and compliance.

You will greet guests, demonstrate products, process memberships and payments, and help maintain an accurate CLUB booth. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Be the CLUB product expert and support account servicing and compliance.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable about advertised CLUB sales.
• Process CLUB payments, applications, and membership activations.
• Provide daily feedback and reports to improve the guest experience and store metrics.
