Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote CLUB membership to guests. As the CLUB product expert, you will process applications, activate members, handle sales, and ensure a compliant, outstanding customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years in customer service, with strong communication, organization, and self-motivation. This is a part-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Explain CLUB operations and assist with applications.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed about sales.
• Meet store metric goals for self and store.
• Maintain CLUB Booth, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and activate members.
• Provide daily feedback and reports; offer peer coaching.
• Provide CLUB service across store as needed.
