Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote the CLUB membership. You will act as a product expert, handle account questions, and drive CLUB activations in a busy retail environment.

The role focuses on providing a full CLUB Member experience, executing CLUB processes, and ensuring accurate inventory and compliant operations, with occasional cross-store support during shifts.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service setting preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers proactively and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and promote advertised sales.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and process CLUB applications.
