Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Springfield, MO. You will be the product expert for CLUB membership, delivering world-class customer service while guiding guests through CLUB processes and applications.

Responsibilities include processing payments, answering account questions, and coaching peers, with a focus on compliance and a superior member experience. This is a part-time role on the floor.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in a related role.
Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet customers proactively and present CLUB membership opportunities or enhance existing member experiences.
Explain CLUB benefits and demonstrate products to customers.
Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
Process payments, answer questions about accounts, and assist with applications.
Keep CLUB inventory accurate and maintain a clean, organized CLUB Booth.
Provide daily feedback and timely reports; offer peer coaching and CLUB advocacy.
