Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and drive CLUB Member engagement. You will act as a product expert, handle membership activation, sales, and account servicing while supporting store operations and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes customer experience, teamwork, and adherence to CLUB processes with opportunities to coach peers and contribute to performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and present Bass Pro CLUB membership opportunities.
• Execute CLUB operations, processes, and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable on sales.
• Support CLUB member experiences including payments and applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports; coach peers as a CLUB advocate.
• Cover store-wide duties as needed.
