Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Sidney, Nebraska to provide world class guest service and promote CLUB membership benefits. The role includes acting as the product expert, processing applications and payments, and ensuring accurate CLUB inventory and smooth booth operations.

You will coach peers, support CLUB processes, and deliver a consistently high level of customer experience across the store, with duties assigned based on business needs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Mansioni

• Provide world class customer service at the CLUB Booth and in-store areas.
• Present the benefits of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB Membership to guests.
• Process CLUB applications, payments, and account questions.
• Keep CLUB Booth organized and inventory accurate.
• Provide daily feedback and reports on CLUB activities.
