Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to provide world-class customer service and actively promote the CLUB membership to guests. The role focuses on account servicing, member activation, sales, and ensuring a compliant, exceptional CLUB experience across the store.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of experience, with strong organization, communication, and self-motivation abilities to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Serve as product expert for CLUB products and processes.
• Process payments, member applications, and account questions.
• Maintain CLUB inventory accuracy and keep the CLUB Booth neat.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely manner.
