Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to assist guests, promote CLUB Membership, and provide an outstanding shopping experience. You will serve as the CLUB product expert, process applications, and support CLUB operations with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, handling payments, and keeping the CLUB Booth organized. A high school diploma and 0–2 years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership options.
• Demonstrate Bass Pro Shops products to customers.
• Process payments, memberships, and CLUB applications.
• Maintain the CLUB Booth and ensure inventory accuracy.
