Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Massachusetts is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service while guiding guests to CLUB membership benefits. You will act as product expert, handle memberships, sales, and CLUB operations, and support store objectives.

The role focuses on customer experience, accuracy in CLUB processes, and providing a premium CLUB member journey, including account questions and payments. Prior CS experience is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership options.
• Serve as product expert and execute CLUB processes including membership activation and applications.
• Provide CLUB member experience, process payments and answer account questions.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely manner.
• Offer peer coaching and act as a CLUB advocate and representative.
