Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal CLUB Customer Service Associate in Foxborough, MA to deliver world class service at the CLUB booth. You will greet guests, promote CLUB membership, demonstrate products, and assist with account questions and applications.

We value organization, initiative and excellent communication. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in customer service and can work independently in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership offerings.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable about sales.
• Process CLUB payments, account questions, and applications.
• Keep CLUB Booth clean and inventory accurate.
• Provide daily feedback and reports.
• Support other store areas as needed.
