Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Dundee, MI is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service while guiding guests to CLUB Membership benefits. You’ll be the product expert, handle account servicing, CLUB sales, and processing applications with accuracy.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, keep CLUB inventory accurate, and provide a full CLUB Member experience including payments and questions. This is a part-time role with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or greater.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and explain CLUB benefits.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and handle applications.
• Maintain CLUB inventory accuracy and tidy booth; provide feedback and reports.
