Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Grandville, MI to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB memberships. You will serve as a product expert, process applications, and handle account questions to enhance the member experience.

The role is part-time with benefits, including discounts and access to company programs. You will work on the sales floor, support operational CLUB initiatives, and contribute to store metrics while delivering a high level of customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills expected.
