Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class service and expert CLUB product knowledge. You will assist guests with CLUB membership enrollment, process applications, and deliver an exclusive CLUB experience throughout the store.

Responsibilities include executing CLUB operations, coaching peers, and maintaining accurate CLUB inventory, while staying informed about promotions and store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively and offer CLUB membership opportunities.
• Explain CLUB benefits and guide customers through account servicing and applications.
• Demonstrate products and maintain accurate CLUB inventory.
• Ensure compliance with CLUB programs and processes.
• Provide daily feedback and reporting as needed.
• Support multiple store areas based on business needs.
