Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in a part-time role to deliver world-class customer service and promote the CLUB membership program. You will become the product expert for CLUB benefits, process applications, and assist guests across the sales floor.

Role emphasizes customer experience, compliance with CLUB procedures, and teamwork to meet store metrics. The position supports customer interactions, account questions, and cross-functional store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service to shoppers.
• Present CLUB membership benefits and enroll new members.
• Operate CLUB processes including payments and applications.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and booth organization.
• Provide peer coaching and promote CLUB advocacy across store areas.
