Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote CLUB membership benefits on the sales floor. You will act as the CLUB product expert, assist with account servicing, member activations, and CLUB processes while maintaining compliance and a high-quality guest experience.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, product demonstrations, and efficient handling of payments, accounts questions, and applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years of Experience
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised

Responsibilities

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greets customers and presents them with the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB Member.
• Executes all CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrates products to customers.
• Keeps CLUB inventory accurate and the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provides full CLUB Member experience including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provides daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
