Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and act as the CLUB product expert. The role includes acquiring and activating new members, handling CLUB sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across CLUB processes.

The Outfitter will coach peers, provide feedback, and support CLUB advocacy while maintaining compliance and accurate CLUB inventory, adapting to store needs and assisting in all areas as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years of Experience
• Experience in a customer service environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership or provide exclusive experiences to current members.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and assist with CLUB applications.
