Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and promote the CLUB Membership. You will act as the product expert, handle member onboarding, and support CLUB operations and compliance while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, product demonstrations, and accurate handling of CLUB transactions, with opportunities for coaching and peer support within the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with enrollment and activations.
• Operate CLUB processes and ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate products and maintain CLUB booth organization.
• Process payments and respond to member questions.
• Provide daily feedback and support as a CLUB advocate.
