Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service, promote CLUB membership, and support account servicing at the store. You will become the CLUB product expert, process payments and applications, and help drive member activation while upholding compliance and customer experience standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and being the face of the CLUB experience, with opportunities to coach peers and contribute to store metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and assist shoppers on the sales floor.
• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership offerings.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and handle CLUB applications.
• Demonstrate products and maintain accurate CLUB inventory at the booth.
• Follow CLUB programs, ensure compliance, and meet store metrics.
• Provide daily feedback and peer coaching as a CLUB advocate.
