Job summary

Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a positive member experience. You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision while ensuring service quality and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include front desk leadership, member engagement, onboarding in Paycom, and inventory management. A strong customer service orientation and 1+ year of management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring a great customer service experience at all times.
• High involvement in all front desk tasks: greeting, tours, service issues, etc.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coaching and counseling performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.
• Ensure staff are trained on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding portion in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
