Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring a positive member experience and a financially successful club.

You will recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, manage front desk activities, uphold brand standards, and ensure open/close procedures are followed; you will monitor promotions, inventory, and policy adherence, while communicating effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
• Front desk duties: greeting members, tours, handling questions.
• Support for staff and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym occurs on time.
• Keep staff updated on marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce policies and procedures across the team.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
