Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring a positive member experience and a financially successful club.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members while maintaining premier customer service and a welcoming front desk experience. This role requires leadership, communication skills, and adherence to company policies to keep the club open and staffed during all hours.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight to ensure great customer service.
• Front desk duties: greet members, tours, service issues.
• Support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym and staffing.
• Train staff on current promotions and onboarding in Paycom.
• Ensure hours of operation are maintained.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
