Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving financial success. This full-time role reports to the District Manager and includes supervising staff, managing front desk operations, and upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate will lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance coaching to meet company standards, while ensuring opening/closing procedures and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Honesty and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure high customer service quality.
• Front desk duties: greeting members, gym tours, member questions.
• Support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding portion in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
