Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring a positive member experience and financial success. You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will ensure the club opens on time, manages inventory, communicates promotions, and supports staff and members. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching and a strong commitment to brand image.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Ensure the club is open and staffed during all hours of business.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Maintain a positive image for the club and excellent guest experience.
• Open/close gym promptly and oversee front desk tasks.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Ensure staff are trained on current promotions.
