Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring a positive member experience and a financially successful club.

You will recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, manage front desk activities, and coach teams to meet company standards. The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and basic computer proficiency, with a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experiences.
• Manage front desk duties: greetings, tours, member questions, etc.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel staff to meet company standards.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.
• Promote current marketing promotions to staff.
• Complete onboarding portion in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
