Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring a positive member experience and a financially successful club. You will lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff while maintaining excellent customer service and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include front desk leadership, onboarding new hires, promoting club promotions, ensuring hours and staffing are covered, and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer service at all times.
• Front desk duties: greeting, gym tours, handling member questions.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of the gym.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding for new hires in Paycom.
• Keep club open and staffed during all hours.
