Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee front desk operations and guest services, while supporting the General Manager in daily club activities. You will lead front desk staff, ensure a clean, welcoming environment, and help drive performance through effective staffing and customer focus.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced fitness club setting. Availability to work various shifts is expected."

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; supervision experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisor/manager experience in a high-volume retail or restaurant setting preferred.
• Bi-lingual (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk operations and guest services.
• Assist General Manager and lead front desk staff.
• Monitor daily sales, inventory, and scheduling with GM to improve performance.
• Uphold company standards; maintain a clean, friendly club environment.
• Coordinate interview processes for front desk and fitness staff as needed.
