Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a variety of financial, legal, and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Promote CLUB customer service standards and CLUB benefits.
• Listen to customers and address questions regarding CLUB promotions.
• Serve as primary CLUB liaison to ensure leadership and outfitters are knowledgeable about CLUB promotions.
• Collaborate with partners to execute onsite and offsite CLUB events.
• Build strong relationships with the General Manager and outfitters to gain credibility.
• Motivate and train outfitters to improve referrals.
• Lead CLUB 101 training during onboarding.
• Support recognition programs and CLUB engagement initiatives.
• Recruit and retain great talent and build strong teams.
• Design CLUB metrics strategies and monitor performance.
• Oversee CLUB issuance processes and inventory management.
• Execute all CLUB compliance programs and training.
