Bass Pro Shops seeks a Retail Manager to lead the CLUB program and CLUB customer experience across our store, while overseeing the credit program and supporting the leadership team during Manager on Duty shifts. You will coach outfitters, drive CLUB metrics, train new leaders, and create engaging events aligned with Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4+ years Sales, Management, or Leadership Experience.
• Strong leadership, training, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience in store.
• Coach and train store leadership and outfitters; lead CLUB 101 onboarding.
• Drive CLUB metrics, compliance, and events aligned to brand standards.
