Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead CLUB customer experience and promotion of CLUB benefits.
• Coach and train store leadership and outfitters for CLUB success.
• Oversee CLUB events and on-site/off-site activities.
• Collaborate with store leadership to improve metrics and compliance.
• Recruit and retain top CLUB Outfitters; foster team development.
• Ensure CLUB procedures, training, and communications are executed.
