Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Membership Manager to oversee the CLUB credit program and customer experience across our stores. You will coach outfitters, lead CLUB events, and ensure leadership teams are aligned with CLUB promotions. This role drives store performance through training and recognition initiatives.

As a member of the leadership team, you will manage MO duties, build talent, and focus on CLUB metrics while maintaining a strong, service-oriented culture across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4+ years of sales, management, or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exemplifies outstanding CLUB Customer Service Experience standards.
• Actively listens to customers about CLUB program and promotions.
• Serves as primary CLUB liaison to keep leadership and outfitters informed on CLUB promos.
• Collaborates to execute CLUB events in-store and off-site.
• Builds strong relationships with General Manager and outfitters to gain credibility.
• Motivates and trains outfitters to improve referrals.
• Leads by example and coaches peers and outfitters.
• Facilitates CLUB 101 training during onboarding.
• Implements Members Only program and CLUB recognition initiatives.
