Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2–4+ years of sales, management or leadership experience.
• Ability to manage CLUB program metrics and compliance.
• Strong coaching and training capabilities for store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience culture.
• Lead and train Outfitters and store leadership on CLUB initiatives.
• Drive performance metrics and compliance across the store.
• Coordinate CLUB events and promotions with internal teams.
