Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Membership Manager to lead the CLUB credit program and customer experience across the store. This salaried leadership role will oversee the CLUB strategy, staff engagement, and performance during Manager on Duty shifts.

Ideal candidates will coach outfitters, drive CLUB referrals, and maintain program compliance while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Years of experience: 2 to 4+ years Sales, Management, or Leadership Experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes CLUB Customer Service Experience standards within conversations.
• Develops strategies to improve CLUB customer experience.
• Serves as CLUB liaison to educate leadership and outfitters on CLUB promotions.
• Executes CLUB events and brand standards at the store.
