Job summary

Invited is seeking an Expeditor to ensure the smooth flow of food from kitchen to dining areas. You will coordinate preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and timely delivery for members and guests. Reports to Kitchen Manager or Chef, and collaborates with cooks and servers to maintain high service standards.

The role emphasizes effective communication, adherence to dietary requests, and maintaining clean expediting stations while supporting overall club operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an expeditor or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to presentation standards.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expediting during meal periods to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage timing and presentation per tickets.
• Check each dish for quality, portioning, and presentation before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate with front-of-house to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and dining areas.
• Monitor food quality to meet club standards for taste, appearance, temperature and portion size.
• Address issues with food quality or presentation promptly with the kitchen team.
