Job summary

Invited is seeking an Expeditor to ensure the smooth flow of food from kitchen to dining area, coordinating preparation and presentation to meet quality standards and guest expectations.

The role requires coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining high presentation standards, and supporting a positive, efficient service environment within private clubs and venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as an expeditor or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expediting during meal periods to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage timing and presentation per order tickets.
• Check every dish for quality, portioning and presentation before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate with front-of-house to ensure seamless kitchen-dining coordination.
• Monitor food quality to meet taste, appearance, temperature, and portion standards.
