Job summary

Invited is seeking an Expeditor to ensure seamless flow of dishes from kitchen to dining areas. You will coordinate preparation and presentation, verify quality standards, and ensure timely delivery to members and guests.

You will report to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef and work closely with cooks, chefs, and servers to uphold Invited's service standards and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong attention to quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expediting during meal periods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to members and guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage timing and presentation according to order tickets.
• Check each dish for quality, portioning and plating before it leaves the kitchen.
• Communicate with front-of-house to ensure smooth kitchen-dining operations.
• Maintain organization of the expediting area and assist with kitchen cleanliness.
