Job summary

Invited is seeking an Expeditor to ensure the smooth flow of dishes from kitchen to dining room at our private club. You will coordinate timing, quality, and presentation to deliver exceptional service to members and guests.

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef, you will work closely with cooks and servers, monitor plate presentation, and help train junior staff while maintaining a clean expediting area. A strong eye for detail and calm under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of expeditor experience or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expediting process during peak meal periods.
• Coordinate timing and presentation with kitchen staff.
• Check dishes for quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain clear communication with front-of-house team.
• Ensure adherence to dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Keep expediting area organized and clean.
• Assist in training new kitchen and service staff.
