Job summary

You will coordinate orientation, mentor teams, and help drive associate engagement, retention, and superior member experiences while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail experience
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Leads rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
• Coordinates onboarding for new associates across 30/60/90/180 days.
• Facilitates orientation sessions aligned with Sam’s Club values and operations.
• Oversees I-9 compliance and onboarding protocols.
• Provides guidance on systems, safety practices, and procedures.
• Promotes a people-first environment to boost engagement and retention.
• Partners across departments to drive adoption and engagement and reduce turnover.
• Ensures operations align with Walmart’s strategic goals and values.
