Job summary

Sam’s Club in Auburn, AL is seeking a front-line team member to support onboarding, training, and daily operations across departments. You will ensure new associates adapt to club culture and safety standards within their first weeks, while maintaining high service levels.

You will partner with store leadership to reinforce compliance, reinforce customer experience, and promote career growth through coaching and mentoring, contributing to a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new associates through 30–180 days and ensure smooth adaptation.
• Provide guidance on store policies, safety practices, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and member experience.
• Coach and mentor associates to foster career growth and reduce turnover.
