Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club Riverside is hiring to lead onboarding, training, and process rollout across the club. You will coordinate onboarding within 30–180 days, ensure I-9 compliance, and foster a culture aligned with Sam’s Club values.

Qualifications

6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Leads rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
Coordinates onboarding efforts to ensure new associates adapt to club operations, culture, and expectations within their first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
Oversees the completion of I-9 documentation and ensures compliance with onboarding protocols.
Reinforces training through daily routines and promotes continuous learning and operational consistency.
Maintains deep expertise in club roles, job functions, compliance protocols, and safety standards.
