Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club location in Augusta, GA is seeking a front-line operations associate to lead onboarding, coaching, and safety training for new hires. The role focuses on aligning new team members with club culture and performance goals while ensuring I-9 and onboarding compliance are met.

You will promote continuous learning, support operational procedures, and foster a people-first environment to boost engagement and retention among associates.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Leads the rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
• Coordinates onboarding efforts to ensure new associates adapt to club operations, culture, and expectations within their first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
• Facilitates orientation sessions aligned with Sam’s Club values and operational goals.
• Oversees the completion of I-9 documentation and ensures compliance with onboarding protocols.
