Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service at our club’s restaurant operations. You will ensure service quality, safety compliance, and a seamless member experience while mentoring a hands-on team.

Reporting to the Restaurant Director, you will manage openings/closings, train staff, supervise service, coordinate reservations, and uphold Invited standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Preferred certifications include Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service/Trainer, TABC, and CPR.
• Strong computer skills and leadership abilities.
• Experience handling confidential member and employee data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards and deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Oversee daily food and beverage service and supervise staff.
• Manage reservations and room setups to fit events and schedules.
• Lead training sessions and staff development programs.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Communicate updates to team and pass logs to the next shift.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
