Invited Clubs in Washington, DC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service within the club's restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless member experience and adherence to service standards.

In this junior management role, you will support the Restaurant Director during peak and slower periods, lead a team of service staff, and help maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum 2 years' experience in food and beverage or private club setting.
• Knowledge of Invited service standards is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to train staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards at high levels.
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Supervise service staff to ensure quality and consistency.
• Oversee room setups to match reservations and events.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for meals.
• Assist in training and development of service staff.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of the club's liquor, beer and wine offerings.
• Record necessary information for shift handovers and updates.
• Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors.
