Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations within the club's restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to standards. You will support service during varying volume periods and help maintain member satisfaction in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and leadership team, you will supervise service staff, manage guest orders, and participate in training initiatives to uphold Invited's high service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club-related field within the food & beverage industry.
• Ability to uphold Invited’s service standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Invited’s service standards as outlined in the service training program.
• Oversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring adherence to the club's standards of service and excellence.
• Directly and indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality and exceptional member and guest experience.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and special requests.
• Assist in implementing training and incentive programs to maintain a well-trained staff focused on achieving service excellence.
• Review reservation books and function sheets for your shift, ensuring room setups align with booking and event requirements.
• Initiate opening procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts, and complete the required closing procedures.
• Inspect the cleanliness and setup of rooms, ensuring they are prepared for the next service or event and are ready for members.
• Document tasks and notes in the shift log to ensure effective communication for the following shift.
• Maintain knowledge of the a la carte menu, daily features and specials.
• Demonstrate understanding of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club.
• Participate in daily line-ups, weekly service trainings, and special training sessions as requested.
• Ensure completion of daily assignments and side work to club standards, including cleanliness and restocking supplies.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
